How to build a healthy self-confidence step by step with three daily activities
The list of three basic points is short and easy to remember – Body. Mind. Emotions:
- Body:
- physical exercises,
- at least 5 minutes workout from YouTube,
- a beauty routine.
2. Mind:
- reading books,
- foreign language learning,
- quizzes,
- online courses or offline masterclasses
3. Emotions
- Learn to notice and understand your emotions during the day.
- Pay attention to what makes you feel happy,
who really supports you and makes you believe in yourself,
and who makes you feel guilty, angry, or sad.
- What is interesting, you can mix different activities mounthly to discover fresh things for you or to get new skills.
- Another option is to find one big interesting activity for you.
For example, one month you will try dancing tango, which will develop yourself in three directions:
BODY – dancing steps for physical training,
MIND – a dance brings you new skills for your mind,
EMOTION – enjoy dancing and feel joy as an emotion.
BODY. Daily activities to care about your body, health, and beauty routine
Training muscles for at least 5 minutes a day has a huge impact on overall well-being throughout the day.
Options to keep your body fit:
- go to the gym,
- do workout with YouTube videos,
- walking outside,
- yoga,
- stretching,
- fitness,
- any physical exercises at least 5 minutes a day regularly.

Beauty routine has two key impacts on your feelings and self-confidence:
- health and a clean look make a first impression of you at first sight,
- you have the feeling of control.
In a fast and chaotic life rhythm, we know it for sure that we have things we can control daily.
Your mind receives signals that you do a beauty routine good, so you are able to manage another things well.
If you feel bad, focus on some daily rituals to take care of your body.

- shower with aroma gel,
- face fitness,
- bubble bath,
- scented candles as a signal you start your home evening beauty routine,
- your favorite hand creame,
- make up,
- manicure and pedicure,

Actually, it’s better for me to do physical exercises at home.
I’ve subscribed to a few YouTube channels and choose the time and the level of physical training according to my mood daily.
And I love my beauty routine! Face masks, face massage, bath, shower- these things recharge myself quickly.
MIND. Some ideas on how to care about your mind daily
Options to keep your mind healthy:
- get enough sleep,
- drink water,
- eat healthy food, more fruits and vegetables,
- read books,
- learn a new skill,
- quizzes,
- play board games,
- learn a new foreign language,
- take online courses to develop skills or to get knowledge in some field,
- visit offline masterclasses or other events,
- daily meditation,
- learn how to solve a Rubik’s Cube,
- learn to memorize the capitals of foreign countries and their national flags,
- stay connected socially,
- learn to play a musical instrument,
- visit a dancing class,
- singing classes,
- painting classes,
- learn floristry and bouquet making,
- dive into candle making, soup crafting, and other DIY activities to create some beautiful things for your home,
- create a landscape design or plan a cozy interior with proper software.

Choose a book to read this month.
As you can see, there are a huge options to develop yourself in different fields.
Work creatively if you like design.
Use your logical approach to get new skills.

My personal productivity tips
I like studying foreign languages, reading, watching movies.
My new habit is to learn and start using new words and English phrases in my posts:

- to rob of,
- to seep into
I speak English and German. Ukrainian is my native language.
I live in Ukraine now, where the russia’s war against Ukraine is still going on!
It’s hard for me to work in the self-growth niche nowadays.

I mean, I know why I do my work and what my purpose is.
I believe my tips will help other people all arond the world to focus your mind on what you have achieved and praise yourself daily.

However, many of us accept the fact that we are not taught to notice and realize our emotions as a daily routine.
That’s why my tip is to pay attention to your emotions in day to day activities and communications.
Emotions can charge you with joy or make you feel weak, guilty, or sad.
Psychologists identify seven basic emotions:
- Happiness or joy.
- Surprise,
- Fear,
- Anger,
- Sadness,
- Guilt,
- Shame.
On one hand, there are some options to make you feel happy and cause really positive emotions for you:
- your favorite song,
- parfumes and aromas you like,
- a beautiful tea cup,
- some tasty food,
- any beautiful dress or suit,
- some nice things to make your home cozy, where you can recharge yourself after a day.
I mean, some things you love cause positive emotions for you.
On the other hand, you should fix your emotions every time when:
- you do some task,
- you communicate with a group of people,
- you talk to one concrete person,
- you visit some new place,
- you have a new experience,
- survive the situation,
- get know some information.

Why are your emotions so important to you?
Understanding your true feelings helps you to save your energy and resources.
You should do:
Write down your emotions daily, especially after communication with new people. Let go in your life only people who respect you, your time, your expierence, your ideas, your knowledge.
You shouldn’t do:
Avoid toxic people who drain your energy. Don’t communicate to people who keep telling lies. You will waste your time to find the truth in every situation you face with them.
Live your better life and avoid toxic people, negative situation, and therefore, save you energy and resourses for your self-qrowth to be happy and enjoy the life!

Body. I have 15-minutes workout I enjoy daily. I also like walking.
Mind. I study German and l quizzes.
Emotions. I notice my emotions after meetings, events, and in the evening.
I have my rituals to calm down and support myself.
My suggestions:
Notice your emotions after communicating with people.
Trust your feelings.
Especially, be honest with yourself when you talk to relatives.
When you spend much time with the same people, it doesn’t mean they respect you. They may tell lies and aren’t honest.
You should pay attention to actions, not to words.
Don’t let people disrespect you.
Believe in yourself and look for people who respect you, value your time, your work, your experience.
Realizing your emotions makes your life easier and happier.
