Work at Home
- If you work from home, you need to get more outdoor activities.
Body – 5-10 minutes workout from YouTube.
Mind – learn to solve 3×3 Rubik’s Cube, sitting on the bench in the park.
Emotions – walk in the park and focus on your feelings today. Are you happy? Are you angry? Are you tired after talking to someone? Are you proud of yourself?
Fix it, and notice what brings you joy and what or who makes you sad or guilty.
SMM and Marketing
2. If you are an SMM specialist, here are three activities for you to keep you productivity daily.
Body – walk on the city street.
Mind – learn to dance (tango, rumba, bachata).
Emotions – are you happy or disepointed because of your new content? Do you enjoy communications with your clients today? Do you feel fear? Are you excited?
Fix your emotions, learn to recognize them, and find the reason for your feelings.
Sales
3. If your work is sales, you have to communicate a lot, and therefore, some activities in silence can help you to recharge.
Body – go to the gym after office work or walk outside if you had a long way by car today.
Mind – read the book, drink a cup of tea, listen to music.
Emotions – Did you talk to toxic people today? Do you feel dried out after that? What people make you smile?
You can form a list of your clients after analysing your feelings – toxic people who buy a lot or pleasant people who hesitate a lot.

Final thoughts
Productivity is not only about doing a lot of tasks from a daily to-do list, but also to keep enoght energy to start a new day tomorrow.
Start working with positive emotions.
Dealing with toxic people drained our energy a lot.
We can control it by stopping such communications. Put a concreate goal of working with this type of people and after achieving it, stop contact.
Respect yourself. Let it come into your life people who respect you as well.
